摘要 放射检查技术在临床被广泛应用,由此导致的电离辐射安全和潜在致癌风险引起了学术界普遍关注。临床实践工作中,降低患者的医源性辐射剂量,已经成为放射检查技术质量控制的热点问题。国内外致力于优化放射性检查的研究越来越多,放射性测量软件对患者进行辐射剂量实时监测,为扫描技术人员管理控制扫描剂量、优化扫描参数提供帮助,是受检者放射防护的有力工具。 With the widely use of medical imaging devices, radiation protection and potential cancer risks have captured the attention of radiologists around the world. In clinical practices, how to reduce exposures to ionizing radiation from medical imaging devices have become the hot issues of radiological technology quality control. More and more studies about the optimization of radiological examinations are carried out. Radiometric software, which is an effective tool for radiation protection, can be used to real-time monitor the dosages from medical imaging devices across different patients and optimize the individual scanning protocols.
