摘要
MRI具有无创伤、无电离辐射、软组织对比分辨率高、视野大的优点,随着快速MR技术的发展,它逐渐成为胎儿超声的补充手段和新生儿CT的替代手段,本文旨在介绍胎儿和新生儿MRI检查的安全性、检查技术、适应证和禁忌证。
Magnetic resonance imaging is an alternative modality to US and CT in evaluation of fetal and neonatal anomalies that with out ionizing radiation. MRI have excellent tissue contrast and a large field of view with the advantage of faster sequences. In this article, the safety, technical aspects, indications and contraindications of fetal and neonatal MRI were introduced.
