焙烧工艺对酸再生氧化铁粉比表面积的影响 被引量:9

摘要 钢板酸洗后产生的大量酸洗废液需要进行再生,利用酸再生工艺可生产高品质的氧化铁粉,而比表面积是氧化铁粉的一项重要指标。目前,大部分钢厂都采用Ruthner法喷雾焙烧技术来处理废酸,喷雾焙烧法所生产氧化铁粉其比表面积的指标主要依赖于喷雾焙烧法的工艺参数,包括废酸纯度(依赖于脱硅工艺)、焙烧炉温度、浓缩酸密度、喷洒量和压力、喷嘴喷雾效果、空煤比、氧含量以及炉内负压,其中焙烧炉工作状况和喷嘴喷雾效果是影响Ruthner法氧化铁粉质量的核心参数。试验得到最佳工艺参数,以提升比表面积,制取高品质氧化铁粉。 Pickling process of steel sheet will produce large amounts of pickling waste liquor which need to be regenerated.The specific surface area(SSA) is an important index of high quality iron oxide which is produced by acid regeneration process.Nowadays,Ruthner spray roasting technology is widely used to dealing with pickling solutions.The SSA of iron oxide depends on the following process parameters of Ruthner technology:purity of waster acid(depends on the desilication process),temperature,density of pickling solutions,the spray volume and pressure,the spray performance of the nozzles,the air to gas ratio and negative pressure of all the system.For the conditions investigated,the major influencing variables were the spray performance of the nozzles and the condition of the furnace.The process parameters of Ruthner technology will be optimized and high quality of iron oxide with high SSA will be produced.
