箈络细胞与旁分泌通讯

摘要 箔络细胞是近年来发现并命名的一种新型间质细胞,它有着独特的结构,即向外延伸形成非常细长（可达数百微米,直径可细达0.2μm且直径不均一的突起结构,称之为Telopodes （TP）.TP呈念珠状,由膨大（Podom）与细段（Podomer）交替组成,TP间相互连接构成一个复杂的三维立体结构.Podom内含有多种细胞器如线粒体、内质网、高尔基复合体以及微泡等.箔络细胞的3D空间分布及其TP特殊的超微结构使得该细胞群在脏器形态支撑及细胞间信息传递中起着重要的作用.现就箔络细胞的细胞间通讯加以综述.
