健脾益气法在消化道肿瘤患者术后治疗中的应用

Application of Jianpi Yiqi method in the treatmen of postoperative gastrointestinal cancer

目的探讨健脾益气法在消化道肿瘤患者术治疗中的应用及临床效果。方法将我院194例门诊患者按照收治顺序分为观察组与对照组各97例。观察组给予健脾益气法治疗,对照组给予安慰剂,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果 (1)观察组治疗第1、2、4周的外周血小板计数呈上升趋势,对照组则逐渐下降,且两组患者第4周外周血小板计数差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)观察组治疗后体重与Karnofsky评分较治疗前略有上升,但不明显;对照组治疗后体重及Karnofsky评分较治疗前有较明显下降,但不明显。(3)不良反应:观察组在化疗过程中只轻微胃肠道反应5例(5.15%),未出现其他严重不良反应,临床疗效明显优于对照组。结论通过在消化道肿瘤患者术后治疗中开展健脾益气法治疗,可以明显提高患者的外周血小板计数,改善患者生活质量,缓解临床症状,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To discuss efficacy and application of Jianpi Yiqi method in the treatment of postoperative gastrointestinal cancer. Methods 194 cases in our hospital outpatients were divided into observation group and control group of 97 cases in accordance with the treatment order. Observation group received treatment of Jianpi Yiqi, and the control group was given a placebo. Efficacy of two groups were compared. Results （1）At the first week, the second week and the forth week,peripheral platelet count of observation group increased, control decreased,and peripheral platelet count of two groups showed significant difference at the forth week（P 〈 0.01）.（2）Weight and Karnofsky score of observed after treatment compared with pre-treatment rose slightly, but not significantly; Weight and Karnofsky score of control group before treatment compared with after treatment decreased,but not obvious. （3）Adverse reactions：5 patients of observation group were slightly chemotherapy response（5.15%）,without serious adverse reactions, and efficacy was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Jianpi Yiqi method in the treatment of postoperative gastrointestinal cancer,can significantly improve the patient＇s peripheral platelet count and improve the quality of life of patients, relieve symptoms, worthy of promotion in clinical applications.
