摘要
药膳是防病治病、强身益寿的特殊食品。目前福建地区药膳发展比较滞后,而调查结果表明福建人群对药膳养生保健有着很大的需求。本研究从药膳文化宣传、发展专业医疗机构的药膳服务、推广大众化社区家庭保健药膳、药膳多样化、行业化及药膳人才培养等方面分析探讨福建地区的药膳发展。
Herbal cuisine is the special cuisine to help prevent and cure illnesses and at the same time improve health and promote longevity. However, the development of herbal cuisine culture in Fujian is currently less developed. Surveys show that there is a big demand for herbal cuisine health care in this province. This essay analyzes and research into the development of herbal cuisine in the regions of fujian in terms of the herbal cuisine culture propaganda, the development of herbal cuisine services in professional medical institutions, the promotion of popularization of community healthy herbal cuisine, the diversification and industrialization of herbal cuisine and the cultivation of talents in this field.
