CO_2激光联合中药内服外洗治疗尖锐湿疣临床分析

Clinical observation on oral use and external application of CO_2 laser combined with traditional chinese medicine for the treatment of condyloma acuminatum

目的：探讨对尖锐湿疣以 CO2激光联合中药内服外洗方法进行治疗的临床效果。方法选择2012年6月～2013年8月曾在我院接受治疗的尖锐湿疣患者92例，随机分为观察组与对照组，对照组患者以 CO2激光方法治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上联合中药内服外洗进行治疗。结果在经过治疗之后，观察组治疗总有效率为95.7%，对照组的临床治疗总有效率为73.9%；两组患者在治疗前后生存质量均有提高，但观察组提高程度明显优于对照组；两组的血清 TNF-α及 IL-2均有变化，观察组的变化情况优于对照组，两组之间差异明显。结论以 CO2激光联合中药内服外洗方法对尖锐湿疣进行治疗可得到较理想临床效果，有较高的临床治疗有效率，使患者的生存质量得到有效改善，患者的相关临床指标得到明显改善，减轻患者痛苦，值得在临床上推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treatment for condyloma acuminatum with the CO2 laser combined with traditional chinese medicine on oral use and external method. Methods 92 patients with condyloma acuminatum from June 2012 to August 2013 in my hospital were selected, They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group of patients were given CO2 laser therapy, the patients in observation group based on the control group combined with traditional Chinese medicine for oral use and external treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.7%, the control group was 73.9%; two groups of patients survival quality was improved after the treatment, but the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group; the serum TNF- α and IL-2 were changed in two groups, the change of the control group was better than that of the observation group, the difference between the two groups was obvious. Conclusion Treatment for condyloma acuminatum with the CO2 laser combined with traditional chinese medicine on oral use and external method can obtain ideal clinical effect, the clinical treatment has high efficiency, so that the quality of life of patients were improved, the relevant clinical indexes in patients was obviously improved, to alleviate the suffering of patients, is worthy of clinical popularization.
