结肠癌肝转移一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者女性，51岁。因“黏液血便1个月”于2013年8月入院。既往发现“乙肝表面抗原阳性、乙肝核心抗体阳性、乙肝e抗体阳性”1年，未予特殊治疗，否认肝硬化、糖尿病、家族性肿瘤病史及遗传疾病史。人院体检：一般状态良好，皮肤巩膜未见黄染；浅表淋巴结未及肿大；腹平软，无压痛，未扪及明显包块。胸腹盆CT增强扫描：乙状结肠局部肠壁不规则增厚并周围淋巴结肿大，肝内各叶多发转移（13枚），转移灶最大者最大径约7．6cm（图1）。
