摘要
不断深入发展的全球化对现有外语人才培养模式和外语人才专业素质提出了新的要求。国内外高校对此予以关注,并进行了与之相适应的人才培养模式机制创新的尝试,在此基础上推出了新的外语人才培养模式。基于全球化的背景和新型外语人才培养的需要,东京外国语大学在2012年对外语教学模式和人才培养模式进行了改革,提出了以语言文化研究和以区域国别为主的国际社会研究课程改革模式。本文阐述了东京外国语大学的学科转型方式,以期为进一步推进我国外语类高校学科建设和人才培养模式的改革提供借鉴。
The current training models for the foreign language-related talents are faced with new challenges because new demands have been initiated by the continuously deepening and expanding waves of globalization. Therefore,universities at home and abroad have been attempting to innovate the current training models so as to get them adapted to the new trends of globalization. Taking the Tokyo Foreign Studies University as an example,this paper describes its efforts of institutional innovations over its training models for foreign language-related talents in 2012, takes a comparative analysis on the disciplinary models of this university before and after the year 2012,and defines the methodology of its disciplinary transformation. In this way,the authors of this paper hope to provide some useful references for the possible further advances of Chinese foreign studies universities in the fields of disciplinary development and talent trainings.
