蛹虫草新菌株3号多糖提取及其抗氧化作用 被引量:2

The Extraction and Anti- oxidation Activity of Polysaccharide from a New Strain of Cordyceps militaris

摘要 对蛹虫草新菌株3号多糖进行提取纯化,通过体外氧化反应体系评价蛹虫草新菌株3号粗多糖及精多糖总还原力、羟自由基清除能力及不同浓度时蛹虫草新菌株3号粗多糖羟自由基清除能力。结果表明,蛹虫草粗多糖总还原力为0.182,羟自由基清除率为84.4%,且随多糖浓度上升,羟自由基清除率增大。蛹虫草新菌株3号精多糖总还原力为0.136,羟自由基清除率为55.3%。蛹虫草新菌株3号粗多糖总还原力、羟自由基清除率均优于蛹虫草新菌株3号精多糖。由此推断蛹虫草新菌株3号中多糖种类繁杂,并非单一多糖,其中含有多种抗氧化功能的多糖,且多糖之间的抗氧化功能可能存在协同作用。 The polysaccharide preparations were obtained from cultured Cordyceps militaris new strain( No. 3). The total reducing power and hydroxy radical scavenging capacity of the crude polysaccharides and the refined polysaccharides from Cordyceps militaris new strain( No. 3) were determined and compared. The hydroxy radical scavenging capacity of crude polysaccharides from Cordyceps militaris new strain( No. 3) at different doses were also determined. The results showed that the total reducing power of crude polysaccharides from Cordyceps militaris new strain( No. 3) was 0. 182 and hydroxy radical scavenging capacity was84. 4%. The hydroxy radical scavenging capacity increased with the increasing concentration of crude polysaccharides. The total reducing power of refined polysaccharide from Cordyceps militaris new strain( No. 3) was 0. 136 and hydroxy radical scavenging capacity was 55. 3%. The total reducing power and hydroxy radical scavenging capacity of the crude polysaccharides were stronger than the refined polysaccharides. The results above indicated that several polysaccharides with antioxidant function existed in the new strain of Cordyceps militaris new strain( No. 3) and these polysaccharides acted synergistically.
