胰腺实性假乳头状肿瘤66例临床病理分析 被引量：3

摘要 胰腺实性假乳头状肿瘤（solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas,SPTP）是一种相当少见、组织发生尚未定论、具有低度恶性潜能的肿瘤.临床一般无特殊症状和体征,术前诊断较为困难.本研究回顾性分析66例胰腺实性假乳头状肿瘤,就其临床病理特征进行分析总结.
