沟槽状胰腺炎一例并文献复习 被引量：5

摘要 沟槽状胰腺炎（groovepancreatitisi）是一种特殊类型的慢性胰腺炎,也称胰头肿块型慢性胰腺炎,多隐匿起病,是慢性胰腺炎的一种特殊类型.因形成波及胰头部、十二指肠和胆总管下段的炎性肿块,可引起胆总管和主胰管的扩张,临床上常与胰头癌及以胰头肿块为表现的自身免疫性胰腺炎难以鉴别.按照是否影响胰腺实质又分为单纯沟槽状胰腺炎和节段型沟槽状胰腺炎.本病的发病机制尚不清楚.目前认为沟槽状胰腺炎是胰腺癌发生的一种癌前病变.本文报道长海医院消化科新发沟槽状胰腺炎1例,并文献复习,以提高对该病的认识.
