克罗恩病误诊为急性胰腺炎一例
摘要
患者男，23岁。因“左上腹疼痛8h”入院。入院前8h开始出现左上腹剧痛，呈持续性，并有阵发性加重。体检：痛苦面容，T37．1℃，血压150／90mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa），呼吸101次／min，腹部平坦，左上腹压痛，反跳痛，肌张力轻度增加，肠鸣音正常。
