极晚/晚期药物洗脱支架内血栓形成的发病机制及相关危险因素的研究进展

摘要 药物洗脱支架(DES)自2001年问世以来,明显降低金属裸支架(BMS)术后支架内再狭窄,但DES术后晚期(LST)及极晚期支架内血栓(VLST)形成引起了人们的注意,其可导致灾难性的临床后果甚至死亡,因而一直是DES设计和发展需要解决的主要问题之一。
