可逆性后部脑病综合征的MRI特征分析 被引量：1

摘要 可逆性后部脑病综合征（posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome,PRES）是近年来逐步被认识的一种脑病综合征,临床以头痛、呕吐、视力下降、意识模糊和癫痫发作为主要症状,MRI表现为主要见于双侧顶叶、枕叶信号异常。
