尿动力学检查中伪像的曲线特征及影响因素分析 被引量:3

摘要 在尿动力学检查中,数据的质量控制是获得可靠诊断的首要条件,因此对异常信号的识别极其重要[1-2]。异常信号可分为生理性信号与伪像两大类[3-4],伪像多为与设备因素有关的干扰信号,可严重影响尿动力检查结果,应该尽量排除[3,5-6],但是在实际操作中,由于患者的配合度、体位变动等因素,伪像无法完全避免[3-6]。
