层粘连蛋白在先天性巨结肠的表达及意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察先天性巨结肠(HD)不同节段肠壁层粘连蛋白(LN)的表达,探讨LN与HD发病的关系。方法:收集30例手术切除HD标本,分别行LN免疫组化研究和实时荧光定量PCR,观察其分布情况,并行统计学处理。结果:LN染色面积及染色强度从狭窄段到正常段依次减弱,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);LN基因在狭窄段的表达是正常段的2.15倍,其表达水平狭窄段>移行段>正常段。结论:HD中LN的分布出现异常,是HD发病的重要原因。
