摘要
采用MAGMA软件对铝合金后盖壳体的压铸成形过程进行了数值模拟,对其充型及凝固过程进行了分析。结果表明,浇注温度为670℃,模具预热温度为180℃,压射速度为3.5m/s,增压比压为80MPa时,获得的后盖产品品质良好,且模拟结果与实际生产结果相符。
The filling process and solidification process of die casting rear cover were simulated by the MAGMA simulation software. The simulated results show that with pouring temperature at 670 ℃, preheating mould temperature at 180 ℃, injection speed at 3.5 m/s, pressurization at 80 MPa ,the die casting rear cover exhibits desirable quality. Through experiment verification, the practical product is well agreement with the simulated ones.
