摘要
介绍了特定型号汽油机涡轮增压器压气机铝壳铸件的铸造缺陷,分析了可能产生这些缺陷的原因。经过金属液品质分析并结合MAGMA模拟,给出使用SEDEX陶瓷泡沫过滤器改善铸造工艺的原因,并在实际生产中得到验证。使用该陶瓷过滤器,废品率显著下降,有效地降低了生产成本。
Defects in aluminum alloy housing for a special type turbo-charger compressor were analyzed, and possible origination was described. Through checking quality of aluminum melt combined with MAGMA simulation, SEDEX ceramic foam filter instead of original glass fiber improving filling process was described. Through practical production verification, the waste product is decreased greatly, and product cost is effectively reduced.
