摘要
针对消失模铸造差减壳变形问题进行了研究,包括增加拉筋、更换涂料、改变造型方式、抽真空、调速振动台设备参数等,分析了变形的原因,并提出了解决措施。
Deformation of EPC differential gear housing was analyzed, such as adding tie bar, selecting coating, modifying moulding way, vacuum-drawing and adjusting vibration tool. Origination of deform- ation was described, and countermeasures were presented.
