Effects of Different Post-space Pretreatments on the Retentive Force of Fiber Posts Cemented with Two Root Filling Systems

摘要 目的:基于不同的根充方法和桩腔冲洗方式,研究其对纤维桩粘接强度的影响。方法:实验选用56颗单根管前磨牙,用牙胶侧方加压充填或Resilon系统热垂直加压充填后进行桩腔预备,分别采用蒸馏水、2.5%次氯酸钠、17%EDTA+2.5%次氯酸钠、在超声干预下的17%EDTA+2.5%次氯酸钠4种冲洗方式对桩腔进行冲洗,用SEM观察其清洁效率。粘纤维桩后制作薄片试件进行推出实验,研究其粘接强度并观察其破坏类型,进行统计分析。结果:在超声干预下的17%EDTA+2.5%次氯酸钠第四种冲洗能最有效地去除玷污层,其中采用Resilon充填组的粘接强度显著大于使用蒸馏水冲洗组的粘接强度。粘接剂与牙本质之间的破坏为最主要的破坏类型。结论:不同桩腔处理对纤维桩的粘结强度有影响。 Objective:To investigate the effects of different post-space pretreatments on the retentive force of fiber posts cemented with two root filling systems.Methods:Fifty-six single-canal premolars were obturated by Resilon or gatter-percha and treated with distilled water,2.5% NaOCl,17% EDTA and 2.5% NaOCl;or 17%EDTA,2.5% NaOCl,and ultrasonic agitation(U/E/N treatment).Subsequently,radicular dentin surfaces were observed under scanning electron microscopy(SEM).RelyX Fiber Posts were cemented in the treated canals by using RelyX Unicem,and thin-slice push-out test were performed.Data were analyzed using two-way ANOVA and Tukey’s HSD posthoc tests,and the percentage of failure type was calculated.Results:Ultrasonic/EDTA/NaOCl irrigation showed the maximum effectiveness in removing the smear layer and debris on the dentin surface.The bond strength of the Ultrasonic/EDTA/NaOCl group,which filled with Resilon was significantly higher than that of the distilled water groups(P〈0.05).Adhesive failure between cement and dentin was the most common mode of failure.Chemical irrigants facilitated the bonding of these fiber posts,and ultrasonic activation improved retention.Conclusion:Post-space pretreatment has effect on the retentive force of fiber posts.
