增速手机配合种植机与高速涡轮机拔除下颌低位阻生智齿的比较研究

Comparative Study of Lower Impacted Mandibular Wisdom Tooth Extraction Separately Using Speed-increasing Handpiece with Implantological Surgical Unit and High-speed Air Turbine Handpiece

目的:比较增速手机配合种植机与高速涡轮机拔除下颌低位阻生智齿的临床效果。方法:将156例下颌低位阻生智齿平均分为两组,各78例,分别使用增速手机配合种植机法(实验组)和高速涡轮机法(对照组)拔除,比较干槽症发生率、手术时间、术后满意度、面部水肿和术后疼痛的差异。结果:增速手机配合种植机拔牙组干槽症的发生率明显低于高速涡轮机拔牙组,经统计学处理差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术时间、术后满意度、面部水肿和术后疼痛差异无统计学意义。结论:增速手机配合种植机法与高速涡轮机法拔除下颌低位阻生智齿相比,能显著降低术后干槽症的发生率,同时手术创伤小,患者满意度较高,值得临床推广。

Objective：To compare the clinical effect of two ways of low impacted mandibular wisdom tooth extraction using speed-increasing handpiece with implantological surgical unit and using high-speed air turbine handpiece.Methods：156cases lower impacted mandibular wisdom teeth were randomly and equally divided into two groups：speed-increasing handpiece with implantological surgical unit extraction group（test group）and highspeed air turbine handpiece extraction group（control group）.We observed the two groups’ incidence of dry socket,operation time,postoperative satisfaction,facial edema and postoperative pain.Results：The incidence of dry socket of test group was significantly lower than control group（P〈0.05）.The operation time,postoperative satisfaction,facial edema and postoperative pain had no significant difference.Conclusion：Extraction of lower impacted mandibular wisdom tooth using speed-increasing handpiece can significantly reduce the incidence of dry socket,meanwhile it is slightly traumatic and quite satisfactory,and so this method is worthy to be popularized.
