双尖牙穿髓型楔状缺损修复治疗的临床效果观察被引量：5

摘要楔状缺损是好发于前磨牙颊侧颈部的牙体硬组织非龋性疾病,穿髓型可有牙髓病、根尖周病症状,需行根管治疗,由于缺损较深且无髓牙较脆弱,易发生牙折或充填物脱落[1]。本临床分析通过比较两种桩核系统分别联合钴铬烤瓷全冠或双重固化树脂修复已行根管治疗的双尖牙楔状缺损的临床效果,总结出针对双尖牙穿髓型楔状缺损更为有效的修复方法。
