下颌第一前磨牙双根管治疗2例 被引量：1

摘要 1病例报告病例1：患者,男,44岁,2012年右下后牙因修复需要来诊治疗。术前检查：44牙远中邻牙合龋,冷诊疼痛明显,术前X线片,见图1：44远中颈部投射影近髓腔,根尖周间隙增宽,制定治疗计划为根管治疗。治疗：局麻下44牙开髓,探及1根管,拔髓,测长,预备至Protaper F2,
