颞下颌关节的影像学检查进展 被引量:3

摘要 1简述颞下颌关节(temporomandibular joint,TMJ)作为人体头面部唯一的关节,其结构细微复杂,承担着说话及咀嚼等重要生理功能。在TMJ相关疾病中,以颞下颌关节紊乱病(temporomandibular joint disorder,TMD)最为常见。由于TMD是一类同时伴有软硬组织改变的疾病,在影像学检查上具有自身的特点。虽然迄今为止影像学检查依然无法解释临床症状的出现与否,但其在TMD患者的诊断、
