点阵CO_2激光联合液氮冷冻治疗鸡眼疗效评价

摘要 目的:评价点阵CO_2激光联合液氮冷冻治疗鸡眼的临床疗效。方法:85例鸡眼患者随机分为两组:治疗组43例,给予点阵CO_2激光联合液氮冷冻治疗;对照组42例,单用液氮冷冻治疗,10日1次,共治疗3次。结果:治疗组与对照组痊愈率分别为90.70%和52.38%,有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组与对照组复发率分别为2.56%和9.09%,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:点阵CO_2激光联合液氮冷冻治疗鸡眼安全有效。 Objective: To assess the clinical efficacy of CO2 fractional laser combined with liquid nitrogen refrigeration in the treatment of clavus. Methods: Eighty-five patients with clavus were randomly divided into two groups: 43 patients in treatment group were treated with CO2 fractional laser combined with liquid nitrogen refrigeration and 42 patients in control group were treated with liquid nitrogen refrigeration alone. The treat-ment was one time every 10 days, for 3 times. Results: The cure rates in treatment group and control group were 90.9% and 52.3%, with a significant difference (P〈0.01). The recurrent rates in treatment group and control group were 2.56% and 9.09%, with no significant difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion: CO2 fractional laser combined with liquid nitrogen refrigeration is effective in the treatment of clavus.
