摘要
我们对3例头癣患儿的毛发及头皮进行了皮肤镜观察,并与15例斑秃、15例盘状红斑狼疮以及15名正常对照者进行比较。结果发现逗号发和螺旋状发在头癣患儿具有特异性。逗号发和螺旋状发在抗真菌治疗后3周消失,早于查菌结果转阴。
Scalp and hair of three patients with tinea capitis were observed under dermoscope. The results were compared with the results in 15 patients with alopecia areata, 15 patients with discoid lupus erythemato-sus and 15 normal controls. The distinctive and most prominent features of tinea capitis were comma hair and corkscrew hair. Comma hair and corkscrew hair disappeared after antifungal therapy for 3 weeks which was ear-lier than the result of fungal examination.
