Reconsiderations about People-oriented Thinking in the New Situation

党的十八大将科学发展观的核心部分"以人为本"确立为全党的行动指南和指导思想。新形势下,习近平同志赋予了"以人为本"新的科学内涵,将"发展成果由人民共享"作为"以人为本"之"本"写入党章;并在传统文化的基础上,对"以人为本"思想的理论来源去粗取精,总结出治国理政的新经验。党的十八大丰富了"以人为本"思想,为实现中国梦奠定了坚实的基础。

At the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China （CCP）,＂people-oriented＂think-ing,the core of scientific outlook on development ,is confirmed as the party′s guide to action and guiding ideology .As a result,to well comprehend this guiding ideology becomes a very important task for the promoting and implementing of the spirit of the Congress .In the new situation ,the scientific connotation of ＂people-orientedness＂needs to be understood anew ,its ideological and theoretical origin explored anew ,and the development and innovation of the idea generalized anew .
