托马斯·雅诺斯基认为,解决公民对民族国家的义务问题以及澄清民族主义理论关于爱国主义的认识偏差,需要在公民权利与义务相平衡的话语框架中创新发展公民理论,并以彰显忠诚、积极、包容与合法精神的负责的爱国主义立场重构爱国主义,让公民依据合法性原则接受爱国义务。借鉴雅诺斯基负责的爱国主义精神理念,重构爱国主义的中国逻辑,体现为爱国主义与中国特色社会主义的内在统一、爱国主义与民族主义思潮的耦合对立以及爱国主义的日常化。

Thomas Janoski believes that solving the citizen obligations for the nation -state and clarifying the under-standing deviation on nationalism theory about patriotism needs to innovate and develop civic theory in discourse framework of a good balance between the rights and obligations citizens , so that citizens can accept patriotic duty based on the princi-ple of legality.With the help of reference to Janoski＇s spirit for responsible patriotism , we can reconstruct Chinese logic of patriotism, which is expounded as an internal unity between patriotism and socialism with Chinese characteristics , coupled with the opposition between nationalist ideologies and patriotism , and changing patriotism into everyday behavior .
