The article discusses characters and value about tacit knowledge from the perspective of production and management of enterprises ,and it focues on enlightenment and meaning of tacit knowledge transference to enterprise devel -opment in China .What is more ,the author of the article thinks that discussion on tacit knowledge transference is not only at the theoretical level but also at practical level for enterprise development ,so that tacit knowledge immersed in the enterprise may turn into practical productive forces .
