清代华北宗族与乡村社会秩序的建构——以顺天府宝坻县为例

在清代华北乡村社会,虽然缺乏结构形态完整的宗族组织,但是宗族活动普遍存在于社会生活的各个领域。在处理民众纠纷的过程中,州县官重视发挥乡村宗族的作用,多将民事诉讼案件转交宗族调解;而宗族组织为协调族群利益,维护宗族秩序,将调解族内纠纷作为其基本职责。华北宗族在维护乡村社会秩序的过程中发挥着重要作用。
