摘要
近些年,随着全球化和国际化进程的不断加快,德国已然成为一个多元文化的社会,多元文化现象对教师教育领域产生了很大的影响。德国跨文化教师教育改革就是在移民学生数量不断增长、教师跨文化能力匮乏和全球化学习的背景下展开的,并呈现出处理异质性、能力导向性、开放性、实践性、多元性等特点,对我国职前教师教育改革具有启示作用:一是为我国职前教师教育坚持对外开放、加强对外交流提供参考;二是为我国职前教师深化对处理异质的认识,真正做到因材施教提供借鉴;三是为我国培养综合课程教师,提高教师综合能力提供启示。
In these years,along with accelerating the process of the globalization and internationalization,Germany has become a multicultural society and the multicultural phenomenon in the field of teacher education has a great impact.The reform of the German intercultural teacher education is promoted in the context of the growing number of immigrant students,the lack intercultural competence of teachers and global learning.The reform has some characteristics,such as dealing with heterogeneity,the orientation of competence,openness,practicality,varieties and so on.These characteristics supply inspiration for reform and development of teacher education in China:firstly,supplying the reference for insisting on open to the outside world and enhancing international communication;secondly,deepening the understanding of dealing with heterogeneity and supplying the reference for teaching students in accordance with their aptitude;thirdly,providing the inspiration for educating comprehensive curriculum teachers and improving teachers'comprehensive competence.
