大学生就业能力提升的SUE策略模型研究

Research on the SUE Strategic Model for College Students Employability Improvement

大学生就业能力是应聘能力和职业发展能力的组合。大学生就业能力的提升不能单纯依靠学校、用人单位或者大学生中某一方面的力量,而需要三方共同努力、协同发展。探索建立一种学生(Student)、高校(University)、企业(Enterprise)三方参与的大学生就业能力提升策略(简称SUE模型),在尊重学生主体作用的同时,充分发挥高校在能力提升过程中的主导作用,让企业成为能力提升的风向标与训练营。三方在能力提升过程中应遵循自觉性与指导性、全面性与差异性、渐进性与阶段性相结合的实施原则。

Employability of university student is the combination of job hunting capability and career development capability.The improvement of employability of university student can not merely rely on the effort of one aspect of university,employer or student,but joint efforts coordinated development of these three aspects.This article will explore and establish a model of the improvement strategy of university student employability,which is involved with student,university and enterprise（referred as SUE model）.It will respect the dominant role of student in the improvement process of capability,in the mean while,give full play to the leading role of university and make enterprise become the wind vane and training camp in the improvement process.In addition,I also point out the implementing principle which should be followed in the capability improvement process.That is the combination of consciousness and guiding,comprehensiveness and otherness,and gradualness and periodicity.
