摘要
免费师范生教育作为国家平衡教育质量,提升我国教育水平的一项重大政策,自实施以来取得了比较好的效果。但免费师范生作为未来基础教育的中坚力量,对其进行合适的思想政治教育尤为关键,这就对免费师范生思政教师提出了新的更高的要求。笔者从剖析免费师范生政策入手,通过对免费师范生思想状态的分析,在充分认识我国目前免费师范生思政教师教育现状的基础上,从加强政策解读,提高诚信法制教育手段,强化职业认知教育等几个方面为提升免费师范生思政教师教育质量提出建议。
Free Normal Education as a country＇s major policy about balance of education quality and enhance our level of education,since the implementation has achieved very good results.But the tuition free normal college students as a special group,the ideological and political education right is particularly crucial,which put forward new and higher requirements to tuition free normal college students＇ideological and political teachers.This paper analyzes the policy of tuition free normal college students,through the analysis of the tuition free normal college students of mind,be based on fully understand China＇s current status of tuition free normal college students＇ideological and political teacher education present situation,from the strengthening of policy interpretation,improve the integrity of legal education,strengthen the occupation cognition education several aspects in order to promote the tuition free normal college students＇ideological and political teachers quality for advice.
