强迫症元记忆损伤是近年来探索强迫症病理性因素的新视角。笔者通过分析强迫症元记忆损伤方面的已有研究发现:在强迫症是否具有元记忆损伤问题上尚存在分歧;强迫症元记忆损伤的领域和材料特殊性有待于进一步验证;强迫症元记忆损伤发生的记忆监测阶段需进一步明确。未来研究应当在考虑认知风格等因素基础上探讨强迫症元记忆损伤的问题,从改善元记忆角度入手进行强迫症临床治疗实践,并指出强迫症元记忆研究的重要理论和实践应用价值.

Metamemory impairment in obsessive-compulsive disorder（OCD）is a new perspective to explore the compulsive pathological factors in recent years.After analyzing previous studies,this paper points out that the existing researches have different opinions with regard to some key issues.Firstly,whether there is metamemory impairment in OCD.Secondly,it needs to be further verified that metamemory impairment is domain-generality or domain-specificity.Lastly,metamemory impairment may occur in which stages of memory monitoring.The paper also discusses some future fields,such as the effect of cognitive style on metamemory impairment,and try looking at clinical treatment of OCD from an improving metamemory viewpoint.In conclusion,there is important theory and practice significance for studying on metamemory of OCD.
