摘要
严格教师的资质对于教师队伍的培养至关重要。通过比较英美两国的教师专业标准发现,两国教师专业标准具有三大相同之处:一是两国教师专业标准具有相同的制定背景,二是两国教师专业标准均具有层次性,三是两国教师专业标准都具有针对性;两国教师专业标准的不同之点在于:一方面,两国教师专业标准具有各自的本土特色,另一方面,两国教师专业标准的评价指标有所差异。由此可见,我国制定教师专业标准时,不仅要注重教师专业发展的终身性与阶段性,而且还要注重教师专业标准引领教师专业发展的作用。
Strict teacher qualification training is very important.The Anglo-American professional standards for teachers are the same in that they enjoy the same background and possess levels,and they are pertinent.So,there are both similarities and dissimilarities in between.This paper further discusses the values of the Anglo-American professional standards for teachers for the sake of China.
