摘要
在相关理论基础上,探究教师教育实习在实习定位、实习内容、实习指导和实习评价等方面的本质,以河北师范大学半年教育实习的具体做法和实际效果为例,试图对当前教育实习改革提出若干建议,以提高教育实习质量,提升教师培养水平,推进教师队伍建设。
Based on related theories,we explore the essence of the internship of teacher education in terms of identification,contents,guidance and evaluation,through a case study of Hebei Normal University.Our purpose is to give advises regarding the ongoing in-post teaching practice,in the hope of improving the quality of the teachers.
