Cultural Area and Human Development: Revelation of French Cultural Development Area

20世纪90年代以来,随着文化产业概念的引入,文化区与发展相结合逐渐成为关注焦点。当前国内各类文化发展区陷入困境的根本原因可以归结为对"文化"和"发展"概念的误读。对文化母体,即作为文化承载和传承主体的民众的忽视直接导致文化的空壳化和工具化。法国文化发展区的运作有助于我们从文化保护和人类发展两个视角探索文化与发展健康结合的可行性。

Since 1990 s,with the introduction of the concept of the cultural industry,an integration of cultural area and development has gradually arisen the attention among academia. What made China＇s cultural development area in difficulty can be attributed to the misunderstanding the concept of culture and development. The neglect of people,as the cultural matrix,directly makes culture as vacant shell and instrumental. The implementation of French cultural development area helps us explore the feasibility of culture and development from the perspectives of cultural protection and human development.
