The thought of＂the Cultural Revolution＂is an important part of Lenin＇s theory of socialist construction. It is based on Lenin＇s objective understanding of the particularity of the Russian Revolution,the backwardness of the nation＇s cultural development,and the importance and urgency of promoting the nation＇s cultural level. The thought of＂the Cultural Revolution＂accurately analyzed the special significance of the cultural construction of Soviet Russia to both economic and political constructions. It reveals the approaches to the development of cultural construction. Lenin＇s thought of ＂the Cultural Revolution＂played an important and guiding role in the socialist construction of Soviet Russia and has a universal and guiding influence on other culturally and economically backward nations. It still has important practical values at present.
