摘要
开展高等教育国际化评价的根本目的在于通过评价发现不足,通过评价促进发展。评价原则包括引领性原则、多样性原则、发展性原则、简约性原则和第三方机构评价原则。通过比较国内六种代表性评价体系发现,我国高等教育国际化评价的共性一级核心指标为:理念与战略、学生流动、师资队伍、教学与课程、科研成果交流和合作办学。一级核心指标的权重应该根据不同类型高校国际化的发展水平现状来确定,凸显高等教育国际化评价的引领和发展功能。
The fundamental purpose of the evaluation is to found insufficient and promote development. Evaluation principles include leading principle, the principle of diversity, expansibility principle, simplicity principle and the third agency participation principle. The first core evaluation indexes: concept and strategy, student flowing, teachers, teaching and curriculum, scientific research exchange, cooperation in running schools, cultural exchange. But the level of the core index weight should be determined according to the development level of different tape colleges. In this way, the function of leading and development of the internationalization of higher education evaluation can be highlighted.
