摘要
在教学活动中,以人的幸福为旨归的有效性和伦理性之间是内部一致的,且关系共存、价值共享、实践共行。要实现二者的有效整合,教学要在知识上以"善"御"真",促进学生在物质生活、精神生活和社会生活的综合提升;教学要在规范上以"善"致"善",构建责任自识的师生关系,培育教师的教学伦理敏感性,引导教师在教学伦理维度上的自我反思和叙事交流。
In the teaching activities, the aim of pursuing happiness between the teaching effectiveness and ethnic is internally consistent and co-existed~ also they are sharing the same value and practicing together. To effectively combine the effectiveness and ethnics of teaching, people should direct "truth" with "good" to promote the overall growth of students in the field of material, spiritual and social life. Teaching should achieve "good" with "good" to build the relationship on recognition of responsibility between teachers and students and cultivate teaching ethical sensitivity of teachers in the way of guiding teachers to reflect and communicate in ethical dimension.
