The Social Nature of State and Its Difference and Relationship with the Class Nature of State

在国家与社会关系框架内,社会中心论基于社会决定国家的社会优先性思想,提供了理解国家何以具备社会性的理论始基。尽管现实没有呈现精致的理论要求的完满状况,国家权力活动的全部历史也以铁的事实确证了国家社会性。国家社会性和国家阶级性在国家的权属、国家的作用对象和国家的利益指向性等方面存有根本性的区别,两者蕴涵分立而又共处一体。正确认识国家社会性和国家阶级性的关系须持有一种辩证的历史的观点,在动态的历史变迁中去把握它们关系演变的规律性和总趋势。

In the framework of the relationship between state and society,based on the principle that society determines state,social priority of social centralism constructs the theory foundation of the social nature of state.Although the reality did not show perfect situation that the delicate theory requires,the whole history of state power confirmed the social nature of state with hard facts.As the two basic attributes of state,the social nature and the class nature have many differences with each other,such as the ownership,the target and the interest orientation.The social nature and the class nature have discrete implication.They are mutually negative and coexist in one body.We must hold a dialectical and historical viewpoint in order to understand their relationship correctly.That is to say,we should grasp the regularity and the general trend in the dynamic historical changes.
