哲学是人学。这是因为在现象学意义上哲学既创造世界又创造人类,即在视界融合和效果历史双重认知条件下的解释学循环。哲学创造人的类本质,完成人类种系的本体论承诺。而创造的重任不折不扣地落在了个体人的肩上,即少数个体人的智慧基因的变异,并且在进化论的规则下变成整体性的表现性特征。但是,个体人的生产却必须由伦理化的政治学承担。于是,哲学与政治学就产生一种奇异的循环。这正是世界和宇宙发展和进化的必由之路。

Philosophy is the academics of man as philosophy both creates the world and creates the human kind. That is done by the henneneutic circle under the double cognitive conditions of the visual field fusion and the effect history. Philosophy brings about the nature of homo sapiens and achieves the ontological promise of the human species. But the burden of the creation truly falls on the shoulder of the individuals, or in other words the variation of the intelligent genes of some people. Then the brand new thought becomes the entire phenotype of man directed by the evolutional rules. However the production of the individuals must be undertaken by the moralized politics. So philosophy and politics are located in the strange circle that is the only way for the evolution and development of the world and universe.
