学术“近亲繁殖”的博弈论分析及其启示

Using Game Theory to Analyzes Academic“Inbreeding”and Its Enlightenment

学术"近亲繁殖"是一个尚无定论的命题,不同学者的实证研究得出了完全相对的结论。学术"近亲繁殖"受到大量批评的真实原因,并非"近亲"没有学术"繁殖"能力,或"繁殖"的后代一定不正常,而是高比例的"近亲"破坏了大学的学缘结构。人们痛恨"近亲繁殖"过程中的学术腐败和行政干预。这种现状是在人性判断标准、人情世故、计划经济、行政思维等多重因素共同影响的人才引进的博弈结果。博弈论分析的结论显示,采取以下措施完善人才引进制度,有利于消减学术"近亲繁殖"的负面影响:明确具体要求,严格博弈的准入资格;公开招聘全程,压缩违规出牌的空间;完善退出机制,延期对局结果的定论。

Academic ＂inbreeding＂ is an inconclusive proposition. Lots of empirical studies by different scholars draw completely opposite conclusion. Academic ＂inbreeding＂ has been strongly criticized in Chinese universities,which main reason is not that the＂inbreeding＂has no the reproductive capacity or the＂inbreeding＂offspring is not normal but a high proportion of ＂relatives＂ destroys the structure of graduation university. This is a game result of combined effect of multiple factors,such as the judgment standard of human nature,the traditional code of conduct,the planned economy and the administrative thinking. The analysis by game theory shows that the following measures can improve the introduction system of talent and reduce the negative influence of the academic ＂inbreeding＂ ：to be strict with game access qualifications with specific requirements;to open the whole recruitment for compressing the illegal space and to improve the exit mechanism by delaying on results conclusion.
