我国高校图书馆社会服务调查研究——以“211工程”高校图书馆为例

On the S ocial Services of China's University Libraries:Taking "211 Project" University Libraries for Example

论文以112所"211工程"高校图书馆为调查对象,主要运用网站和问卷调查法,着重从高校图书馆社会服务意识、服务对象、服务内容、服务障碍方面进行调查,总结我国高校图书馆社会服务取得的成绩及不足,针对不足,提出了几点发展建议。

This paper views 112 ＂211 project＂ university libraries as the research object. Mainly using the sites and the questionnaire survey method, it investigates emphatically from the aspects of social service consciousness, service objects, service content and service barriers of university libraries, and summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of the social service of university libraries in our country. Aiming at the shortcomings it suggests some development suggestions.
