摘要 研究目的:检验《教练员VICTORY领导行为量表》的信效度,探讨该量表是否适合在"中国情境"下使用,同时为我国教练员领导行为方面的研究提供参考。研究方法:本研究分别采用了项目分析、探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析等统计方法。研究结果:对黑龙江省337名速滑运动员的有效问卷进行了项目分析、探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析表明,《教练员VICTORY领导行为量表》分别包括信任、愿景、决断力、直觉、分析力、关怀和胜负欲7个维度20个题项,并且量表维度间拟合度良好,内部一致性较为稳定。研究结论:本研究检验的量表具有较好的信度和效度,可在今后我国与教练员领导行为相关的实证研究中使用。 Objective of Research: To examine both the reliability and the validity of " The Leading Behavior scaling Table for coach VICTORY ", and make discussion whether this scaling table is suitable to use under Chinese conditions or not, as well as to provide reference for the research on coach leading behaviors in our country. Research Methods: This study respectively uses the methods of project analysis, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis and so on. Research result: Analyzing the effective questionnaire of 337 speed skaters, such as project analysis, exploratory factoranalysis and confirmatory factoranalysis, shows that " The Leading Behavior scaling Table for coach VICTORY " includes twenty questions in seven aspects, the questions are about faith, envision, determination, instinct, analyzing ability, care, and desire of victory and failure, the fitting angle among aspects of the table is in good condition, and the internal uniformity is relatively stable. Research Conclusion: the inspected scale in this research has better reliability and validity, and can be used in the later study related to coach leading behavior in our country.
