摘要
研究目的:以Th1、Th2细胞为指标,观察递增负荷游泳运动过程中免疫平衡的动态变化。研究方法:雄性8周龄SPF级昆明小鼠进行六周的递增负荷游泳训练,每天一次,每周六天。分别在0周、2周、4周和6周取血,流式细胞术直接测定血液Th1、Th2细胞数量。研究结果;六周递增负荷游泳运动过程中Th1细胞数量第2周明显下降,2周、4周呈上升恢复趋势,6周时基本恢复到正常;Th2细胞运动后2周、4周和6周各组均显著上升。提示在六周的运动过程中,小鼠的体液免疫功能呈增强趋势;在六周的运动周期中,各个采样时点Th1/Th2比值都显著下降。研究结论:六周递增负荷游泳运动过程中,Th1细胞数量的下降,同时Th2细胞增多。Th1/Th2平衡向Th2一侧极化,提示免疫平衡向体液免疫侧漂移。
Objection: This research is designed to explore the change of immune balance (Th1/Th2)of mice during six weeks incremental load exercise. Method :64 male 8 -week old SPE grade KM mice are divided randomly into 8 groups. The experi- mental groups conduct incremental swimming exercise, once a day, and six days a week for 6 weeks. The blood is got respec- tively 0 weeks ,2 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 weeks after exercise. Th1, Th2 cells are calculated by flowcytometry. Result: ( 1 ) The amount of Thl cell droped after exercise, most obvious after 2 weeks, and take on recovery trend in the sixth week. (2) The amount of Th2 cell rise obviously after 2, 4 and 6weeks. ( 3 ) The Th1/Th2 of experimental groups rise obviously in comparision with control group. Conclusion: 1. The number of Thl cells declined and Th2 cells Raised in the six -week incremental swimming exercise. Th1/Th2 balance is broken and polarized to Th2. exercise immunity,
