摘要
研究目的:了解体质弱势中学生的心理健康水平及健美操对其心理品质的改善作用。研究方法:8所中学240名体质测试不合格的中学生,使用90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)作为测量工具,对其进行心理健康水平的测试。随后进行为期90天的健美操运动,结束后再使用同一工具测量心理健康水平,观察心理健康水平的改善情况。结果与分析:体质弱势中学生SCL-90总体得分和多数项目得分均显著高于中学生常模;健美操运动有改善体质弱势中学生群体心理健康水平的作用。结论与建议:体质弱势和心理健康二者存在互为因果的关系,相比体质健康,体质弱势中学生心理健康问题没有引起足够的重视,参加健美操类的团体项目能提高体质弱势中学生的心理健康水平。
Aim at researching the mental health level of the students in vulnerable physique and how aerobics improves their psychological qualities. Method : choosing 240 students from 8 middle schools who were unqualified in physique monitoring and testing, and taking the symptom checklist 90 (SCL- 90) as a means of measurement to test the studentsinental health level. After 90 days'exercise on aerobics, students are tested another time about their mental health level with the same means of measurement, so as to know the result of improvement. Results and analysis:The students in vulnerable physique apparently do a better job than the general students inthe overall scores of SCL - 90. Moreover, aerobics can improve the mental health of middle school students in vulnerable physique. Conclusion and suggestion: There is reciprocal causation between the weak physique and mental health. Compared to physically healthy students, the psychological health problems of weak students did not gain enough attention. Participating in team events of aerobics is of great benefits to improve the mental health level of the students in vulnerable physique.
