武术运动员退役前后骨量丢失的身体部位及年龄特征 被引量:1

摘要 应用DXA双能量X射线骨密度仪测量退役前后武术运动员前臂、腰椎和髋部骨量,探讨PBM及骨量丢失的身体部位及年龄特征。结果:男性PBM,前臂(40~)0.807±0.124g/cm^2;腰椎1-4(25~)1.005±0.138g/cm2;大转子(20~、25~)0.801±0.094g/cm2,股骨颈(15~、20~、25~)0.974±0.132 g/cm2,三角区(20~、25~)0.904±0.110g/cm^2。女性PBM,前臂(35~)0.723±0.107g/cm^2;腰椎1-4(25~)0.952±0.112g/cm2;大转子(25~、30~)0.735±0.078g/cm^2;股骨颈(20~、25~)0.863±0.092g/cm^2;三角区(25~)0.794±0.089g/cm^2。结论:男性PBM高于女性,25~岁PBM出现的部位最多,PBM后,三角区骨量丢失幅度最大,女性大于男性。男性PBM,腰椎1-4〉股骨颈〉三角区〉前臂〉大转子,在15~到25~出现,股骨颈、大转子、三角区PBM稳定2~3个年龄段。女性PBM,腰椎1-4〉股骨颈〉三角区〉大转子〉前臂,在20~到30~出现,股骨颈、大转子稳定2个年龄段。 Applicating DXA dual energy X- ray absorptiometry measurements before and after the retired martial arts athletes forearm, lumbar spine and hip bone mass, and bone loss PBM, the study explores parts of the body and age characteristics. Results: Male PBM, forearm(40 ~ )0. 807± 0. 124g/cm^2 ; lumbar,_4 (25 - ) 1. 005 ± 0. 138g/cm^2 ; trochanter(20 N , 25 ~ )0. 801 ~0.094g/cm^2, femoral neck( 15 ~ , 20 N , 25 - )0. 974 ~ 0. 132g/cm2, triangle(20 ~ ,25 - )0. 904 ± 0. 110g/ cm^2. Women PBM, forearm(35 ~ ) 0.723 ±0. 107g/cm^2 ;lumbar1-4(25 ~ )0.952 ±0. 112g/cm^2 ; trochanter(25 ~ ,30 ~ ) 0.735 ± 0.078g/cm^2 ; femoral neck ( 20 - , 25 ~ ) 0. 863 ± 0. 092g/cm^2 ; triangle ( 25 ~ ) 0. 794 ~ 0. 089g/cm^2. Conclusion : PBM men than women up to the age of 25 to PBM parts appear after PBM, loss of bone mass triangle biggest women than men. Men PBM, lumbar1_4 〉 neck 〉 Triangle 〉 forearm 〉 greater trochanter, at 15 N to 25 ~ appear, femoral neck, trochanter, stable triangle PBM ages 2 to 3. Women PBM, lumbar1-4 〉 neck 〉 Triangle 〉 greater trochanter 〉 forearm at 20 - to 30 ~ ap- pear, femoral neck, trochanter stabilizing two ages.
