摘要
本文通过问卷调查数据实证检验了关系公平与合作绩效之间影响机制以及关系承诺的中介作用和目标一致的调节作用。结果显示,关系公平性各维度对合作绩效都具有显著的正向影响,关系承诺两个维度中只有情感承诺在关系公平与合作绩效之间起到部分中介作用,计算承诺对合作绩效没有显著影响。同时,目标一致对情感承诺与合作绩效的影响存在正向的调节效应。
This paper studies the impact of inter-firm relationship fairness on cooperative performance and examines the mediating role of relationship commitment and the moderating role of common goal through questionnaires. The results show that there is a significant positive influence between relationship fairness and cooperative performance. Only affec- tive commitment in two dimensions of relationship commitment has a partial mediating role between relationship fairness and cooperative performance. Calculative commitment hasn' t effect on cooperative performance. Meanwhile, common goal plays a positive regula'.:ug role between affective commitment and cooperative performance.
